Greeting to our U.B.C. Members-
I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for
their support in electing me as President of the U.B.C.
After looking at all of the work to be done in the
future, I am glad to have people like our new Vice
President Ray Hanley by my side.
Ray has many years of experience with the U.B.C. as
well as the N.R.A. and many other sporting
associations.
We also have a great group of members that make up the other Officers and Board of
Directors whose experience and dedication is second to none.
I am looking forward to building a closer relationship with sporting groups both archery and
firearms throughout the state, community based programs that utilize our over populated
natural resource to feed our less fortunate, national wildlife management groups to enhance
the quality of the game we pursue as sportsmen and most importantly,
educating our children in the sport of bowhunting and the necessity of proper game
management.
I look forward to this challenge with an open mind and encourage your thoughts, ideas and
suggestions as members to further expand and protect the rights we have as bowhunters in
Connecticut and educate the non-hunting public.
Sincerely,
Bob Sisterhenm
